The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit.
We faced multiple billing mistakes and were charged for nights we already prepaid. There was also a lack of towels for the number of guests in our room.

i had a wonderful experience staying at tru by hilton. the room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the holiday decorations. the staff was friendly and the hotel offered everything they promised without any extra fees. it was conveniently located and family-friendly, with a great channel range including disney and disney junior. i would definitely stay here again when visiting.

I chose Tru By Hilton for its convenient location near the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I was pleasantly surprised by the stayover housekeeping service and enjoyed the complimentary fresh, hot beverages.
Poor sound isolation and dirty room floor. Complimentary breakfast was not good.

Enjoyed the convenient location, spacious rooms, modern amenities, charging stations, water bottle station.
Felt like visiting family, no complaint.
